Alchemical Healing
Alchemical Healing is the most comprehensive healing art form that Nik has ever experienced which is why she has chosen to both practice and teach it. It becomes a way of life with all of the tools you need to navigate the challenges that come your way in all their forms. Alchemical Healing can benefit physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
With this Shamanic healing form, Nik has witnessed and experienced some very profound and life altering experiences of healing with this modality, and she looks forward to sharing it with you.
Personal Healing Sessions, Group Classes and Healing Circles are all available to meet you where you are at and what you are needing.

Meditation
Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.
Nik offers weekly live meditation sessions and recorded guided journey's in order to make meditation accessible to you at your convenience. She shares various forms and objectives so there is always something for everyone in the ever changing tapestry of our lives.
Meditation is coming home to your Self and is essential for the balance and regeneration of your soul.

This is a deep immersion in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. It is a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation. This powerful practice brings a sense of relaxation and peace, which resets and rejuvenates your mind, body and soul.

Therapy Ball Massage
“Knots” or “trigger points” can be massive sources of pain in our bodies and using self-massage techniques can be very satisfying. When shown how and where to massage it promotes self-sufficiency so there is no need to rely on anyone else. You can manage your own stress and pain.
