Thursday's 8:00-9:00pm

Nik guides you through live meditations with time to connect and share your experiences.  She shares a different meditation weekly and repeats the sequence monthly.  This way you can experience a balance of forms of connection and inner stillness. 

 

You are welcome to participate live either in studio (after yoga) or via Zoom video platform. 

 

 

We begin with a brief check in and then practice together. There will be time for questions and sharing as well.

A monthly $20 subscription gives access to all live meditations and the video library of recorded meditations and journeys.

Week One - Sitting in Stillness

You will be guided through this practice. Sitting in the silence is so important. It sounds easy, but if you have never tried to do it then you might find that your mind is a very busy, noisy place to be in. With practice and relaxation, however, it can become a powerful state of peace which can be your centre of control.

We all have various parts that make up the whole of Self.

This Chief and Tribe Journey I wrote (inspired by Christine Dennis,) is an opportunity to give voice to all parts of self.

Often, there are worries, fears or insecurities that need to be reassured, honored and given space in order to resolve conflicts between parts so that we can live life from our core Self which is compassionate, wise and confident.

There are so many parts that make us who we are. We all have our inner child, our warrior or protector, our mother or father figure, the escape artist, the indulger, the saboteur, perhaps some of us have the drama queen, the inner bully, the perfectionist, and often times behind some protector characters are the wounded parts of ourselves in need of attention. By consciously taking time to connect with these aspects of ourselves we can take the drivers seat and steer ourselves in the direction we wish to go. 

Meditation: Music Player

Your voice brings such calming and peace that the body can't help but relax to your soothing words.  I will be listening to this often.  Whatever the day has given, your voice will help heal what's needed.  

I have been taking meditation with Nik now for about 6 years, before that I had been looking but not finding what I wanted, with Nik I found what i was looking for.
I find myself more in tune with nature and I'm more aware of what's around me. When out walking I can hug a tree with out thinking of what others will think.
I feel more at peace inside, I have had many Ah Ha moments and I thank Nik and her meditation classes
